For as long as I can remember, scribbling has always been my favorite pastime. You could find sketches of cartoons on nearly every page of my homework at school. Even though I never had a painting teacher or took any art classes, I feel confident in my scribbling abilities. It makes me feel freer from rules and "must-dos." I enjoy 2D sketching and cartoon-like characters, bold colors, and wobbly outlines. There’s something about the undone, crafty look and aesthetic that feels more personal to me.My iPad has been a huge help when it comes to combining sketches with graphic design—especially for creating stickers, wine labels, and brandings.
